Helping leaders turn objectives into engagements that matter
Chantal Stephenson founded iRise Management to help entrepreneurs and small businesses meet the challenge of seamless virtual convening. She then moved into political fundraising, where she produced donor events and managed communications for a senior Member of Congress' campaign and PAC. At Hanwha Qcells America, she led the buildout of the company's Washington, D.C. office and supported a growing department spanning Government Relations, Trade, Legal, Sustainability and Communications.
Her career spans political fundraising, corporate affairs and high-touch virtual and in-person event production, from managing fundraisers for congressional campaigns and Political Action Committees to building out a corporate Washington, D.C. office. As a Director on Invariant's Executive Engagement team, she advises clients on raising the visibility of senior leaders, building consequential relationships, and creating engagement opportunities that advance business and policy goals.
Across these roles, her approach has remained consistent: plan every minute, stay flexible in the moment, and connect each engagement to a larger objective.
Chantal Stephenson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and an alumna of the NJ SEEDS scholars program.
iRise Management is not currently accepting new engagements.
